Refunds

The free tier is the trial, so try the free samplers first. We do not refund the 30-Day Pass or a first annual purchase.

Annual renewals can be refunded within 7 days of the renewal charge if you have not used the site since it renewed. We email you 7 days before every renewal. Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded.
